Pain inside my penis

First of all, I'm sorry to write this in English but hoping one of the doctors might help me here. My Polish is not that good. I'm still learning. I am a married man aged 33 and recently I started having pain in my urethra and at the tip of my penis. We went to my GP and she prescribed some cream and antibiotics. Which I'm using for now. I'm not satisfied with her diagnoses as I have been to her before with skin infections I have had for more than 5 years and she failed to help me. My question is what if Ihave another infection?

My symptoms are pain in the urethra and tip of the penis it comes once in a while during the day especially when I'm seated or laying on the bed and i also urinate frequently. I once went to a urologist and he said I was fine. My wife has abnormal bleeding in between her periods and she is on a high hormonial contraceptive pill. She has been to the gyno on many occassions and does not have any infections or diseases. Where should I go to get a urine test, swab or the gram stain & culture tests? I'm just worried that iI might have something that is being missed by the doctors. I live in a small town 100 km south of Poznań. Dziękujemy.
